Phew! What a scorcher
…not just my reflection (which is so hot I’m wearing shades) – I’m talking about the heatwave that’s had the UK in its sweaty grip this summer. Great for the tan, but not so great for the training. So how can your clients get the best from their exercise when temperatures are topping 30 degrees? There’s no need to skip the sprints in the sun, you just need to train smart – and this month’s newsletter can help. Check out our trainer tools for expert advice and if you’re feeling lucky, try your hand at winning a digital water bottle from HydraCoach. So whip on some shades, glug down that water and sweat out the summer. |
