We all know New Year means new members on a health kick; we also know most won’t last the distance. Just two months into 2011, a quarter of members have already quit the gym. A quarter in two months – seriously? What are you doing to keep them engaged? If clients aren’t progressing with their goals they’ll simply walk out of the door.
