A load of old bells?
June's going to be big on balls – which means two things for savvy instructors. If your clients are inspired and motivated by what's happening on pitch and court, incorporate it into their training: group games, outdoor action and conditioning programmes. On the other hand, if big-screen games leave you cold, embrace something totally different. This issue, we challenged Stefano Chiriaco to drop his signature Kettlebell and go the distance with ViPR™. If you like the look of that, try out Stefano's master move to tone your triceps. If it works for you, grab some Kettlebell freebies and pass on what works to your paying customers. Don't keep skinny to yourself! | |

Crush grip tricep extension
Crush the Kettlebell with the handle pointing to the ceiling and raise it behind the head. Bend the elbows to 90 degrees, then straighten with soft elbows. For safety keep the Kettlebell behind the head at all times (and not directly above it).
