If your clients are inspired and motivated by what's happening on pitch and court, incorporate it into their training: group games, outdoor action and conditioning programmes. Crush grip tricep extension
Crush the Kettlebell with the handle pointing to the ceiling and raise it behind the head. Bend the elbows to 90 degrees, then straighten with soft elbows. For safety keep the Kettlebell behind the head at all times (and not directly above it).
