Demystify the pelvic floor in this fascinating course. If you want to deeply understand the function of the integrated pelvic floor and its fascial attachments, this workshop is for you. In this course, you’ll learn how to effectively assess pelvic function and develop integrated rehabilitation programming for the pelvis.

The Pelvic Balance workshop integrates with EBFA Global’s current educational line-up by following our philosophy about fascial fitness, ‘from the ground up movement’ and breath to pelvic floor connections.


Suggested Pre-requisite:

  • CIMSPA: L3 PT

Aims and objectives of course:

  • Understand the function of the anterior and posterior pelvis and how it relates to ‘from the ground up movement’.
  • Know common anterior and posterior pelvic imbalances and the anatomy associated with both.
  • Understand common corrective exercise strategies for anterior and posterior pelvic imbalances.
  • Understand simple resets for diaphragm and pelvic floor function.
