CPDs : 7

Become a wellbeing consultant, adding new services to your repertoire and discovering new revenue streams outside of your physical coaching of clients. In this course, you’ll cover everything from the definition of stress to the measurement of strain using physiological testing, equipping you with the knowledge and skills to deliver professional wellness advice to your clients and meet the growing demand in the corporate wellbeing space. This practically focused course will equip you to operate in the wellbeing space as a fitness professional and includes access to a pre-written corporate stress PowerPoint, discounts on leading heart rate variability technology, laboratory test access and more.

The course discusses the use of heart rate variability and cortisol testing to measure outcome metrics of stress and the pros and cons of these approaches.
