To attain the CIMSPA accredited CPD points for this course you will need to have already completed a Level 3 Pilates qualification
Course Aims and Objectives:
- Be able to incorporate a 2kg ViPR into Pilates matwork programmes for your clients
- Know the differences and benefits of the various ViPR handholds and positions
- Be able to use ViPR to teach the four spinal movements and their combinations
- Know how to use ViPR to teach the core principles of Pilates and trunk stabilisation
- Relate ViPR principles of movement into Pilates matwork programming
- Use ViPR as a prop to better cue the principles of Pilates
- Use ViPR to increase the functional benefits of Pilates matwork training with your clients

Stephanie Glickman has been teaching fitness for 20 years and Pilates since 2003. In 2006 she established Armature (Melbourne, Australia), a studio dedicated to both Pilates and strength training. She is certified through Stott Pilates, Breathe Education, Pilates ITC, Polestar and the APMA.
