ViPR Kids

Do you work with kids and are you passionate about paving the way for the next generation in fitness?

This specialist course provides trainers with the information needed to apply Loaded Movement Training (LMT) principles and core exercises of ViPR™ programmes, with kids aged 4-15. The course includes an extensive library of video content– Games, Challenges and Exploration – for trainers to take back to their environment and utilise with this age group.

  • CIMSPA: L2 Gym / Group Ex

Course outcomes

  • Apply the adaptations of Loaded Movement Training for kids.
  • Safely and effectively harness the demands of LMT for kids.
  • Use coaching strategies to create an environment where kids can flourish.
  • Apply the unique programming that underpins ViPRKids coaching.
  • Explore and evolve new ways of coaching kids all the way to adulthood.

  • Aaron Barnett

    Aaron feels most alive when presenting and sharing his passion for performance coaching and, in particular, Loaded Movement Training. Aaron explains, “There is nothing quite like inspiring clients and fellow fitness professionals to try something new, something 3D, something that can encourage a deeper personal difference to someone’s life.” That passion has driven Aaron to devote his entire career to personal and group performance training and taking a lead role in the development of education and coaching with the ViPR Global team.

    Aaron is homegrown at FitPro. He has been a member of the FitPro family since the inception of ViPR group programming as national coach for VGF and the MOSSA ViPR workout. Since then, Aaron has developed and designed the ViPR Kids concept, supported the development of ViPR LMT1, 2 and Active Aging and has grown through the ranks of ViPR Global to owning the responsibility of head of education and coaching. Aaron is also kept at the forefront of FitPro development as national trainer manager for the FitPro trainer team.

    As part of Aaron’s commitment to remaining at the forefront of functional training he is proud to have recently completed the Gray Institute GIFT programme, becoming a Fellow of Applied Functional Science. He believes that by learning, sharing and collaborating with the best in function this will serve ViPR Global in remaining the number one functional training tool!
