It is advised that you have first completed an initial suspension training course such as the TRX Suspension Training Course.
Aims and objectives of course:
- Know the methodologies and philosophies of golf training, dynamic warm-up and movement preparation, and foundational golf movements.
- Know how to assess the three main principles of golf training, and how it transitions into the programming necessary for improvement.
- Gain an introduction to TRX Suspension Trainer, Rip Trainer and other functional training tools.
- Know how to use movement assessment and corrective exercises.
- Know how to use golf-specific training exercises.
- Understand periodisation and programme design.

Trevor Anderson is well respected in the golf world, training countless professional golfers, including players on the PGA and LPGA Tour players, and even World Long Drive Champions. In addition, Trevor improves the golf performance of many of the top ranked Junior golfers in the world. He regularly appears on the Golf Channel, in Golfweek Magazine, Golf Digest and on GolfDigest.com. Trevor played professional football for three years from 2000-2002 and has played the extreme basketball sport SlamBall since 2003, achieving MVP honours in China in 2012. Trevor is featured as the golf performance expert in multiple books, including David Leadbetter’s The A-Swing, and is a TRX master trainer and presenter. He is originally from Sarasota, Florida.
