Striving to differentiate itself from the club chain operators in the area, DS Fitness in Barrow-in-Furness made the decision under founder Diane Singleton to change its group X programmes to MOSSA’s.
Singleton commented, “I realised we needed something fresh and of a higher quality. I trialled MOSSA’s programmes because of this desire to differentiate our offering and, when I experienced them, I loved them more and more.”
The innovative club made the decision to evolve its offering to include MOSSA’s Group Power, Group Kick, Group Ride and R30 programmes and is also currently the only health club to offer Group Blast. Confirming her decision with the utmost confidence, Singleton said, “I have never looked back. MOSSA offers us so much more than other group exercise providers.”
MOSSA delivers
The group X instructor has found it challenging in the past to rely on the support needed to drive the advertising campaigns forward for new releases. MOSSA delivers on providing these resources within the monthly fee.
“The high-quality resources in the marketing pack sell what the instructors are presenting, so I get more for my money. The extensive nature of the resources means they serve us for months,” Singleton added.
She concluded, “Our customers have really noticed the variety, particularly with Group Power. The classes have more cardiovascular and functional benefits than previous classes taught at DS Fitness.”
Moving forwards, DS Fitness is hoping to target beginners as well as the deconditioned market, with the mission to get more people active by affordable means.
