Linda is an Integrative Health & Movement Coach who embraces many different modalities to support her clients to optimal wellbeing. Coming from a Phys. Ed. teaching background in the 1980s, she spent 27 years managing a corporate gym while delving into the functional medicine realm. Calling on the combined wisdom of multiple modalities and personal exploration, she now leads by example encouraging a lifestyle based approach to health & wellness. Embracing spirituality; natural light exposure; local, seasonal eating; lymphatic & vagus nerve activation plus myofascial movement are some of the main lifestyle factors encouraged by her. A lover of family, dogs & fun movement, she finds that by practising what she preaches, her own health & wellbeing is greater now in her sixties than it was in her twenties and thirties.
