S & C – Advanced Periodisation, Programming and Training Principles

If you’re an S&C coach who wants to take your training to the next level, this course is for you. You’ll cover some of the key areas of anatomy and physiology within the neuromuscular system, as well as gaining an understanding of Periodisation, Post-Activation Potentiation, ROM differentiation and exercise examples.

Suggested Pre-requisite:

  • CIMSPA: L3 PT

Aims and objectives of course:

  • Know the differences between Strength and Power.
  • Understand how to implement linear and non-linear periodisation.
  • Understand how to identify ROM as it relates to training modes.
  • Understand the role of the nervous system in recruitment.
